Currently heading the Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant Programme of ANERT (Agency for Non-conventional
Energy and Rural Technology), the State Nodal Agency of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy
(MNRE), Govt. of India under the Kerala State Government's Department of Power.
Conceptualized, designed, implemented and managed Kerala's first Solar Village Electrification Project of
ANERT which brought light to thousands of tribal families in remote areas. The project included 11 numbers
of Off-Grid PV Power Plants and decentralized PV systems under the Ministry of New and Renewable
Energy, Govt. of India. Recently prepared the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the proposed 2MW Solar
Photovoltaic Power Plant by ANERT planned to be installed at Kuzhalmannam, Palakkad District, which is
the first in-house prepared DPR of a MW scale PV Power Plant by ANERT.
Worked as a leading Techno-Management team member that launched the Indian operations of
SunTechnics, the PV Integrator Company under the CONERGY Group, Germany. Experience in building
and managing a fast majority of all department needed in a Renewable Energy company, including Market
Research, Business Development, Detail Engineering, Project Management and liaison with the Govt
Nodal Agencies, etc.
Consultancy experience with Parsons Brinckerhoff, the Global Engineering Consultancy Group for their
Renewable Energy Division in the Indian Subcontinent. Consultancy experience for a 25MW PV Power
Plant commissioned at Gujarat Solar Park and 2MW Solar PV Project in Chhattisgarh State and 1MW Solar
PV Project in Andhra Pradesh. Technical Due Diligence and Consultancy experience of Multiple Solar PV
Projects of more than 25MW in the Jiangsu Province in China and 10 nos. of PV Projects with a total
capacity of 20MW in Portugal.
Trained by the LIFE Academy, Sweden for the "Wind Power Development and Use" which included the
technical training sessions in Beijing (China), Stockholm Institute of Technology (K.T.H) (Sweden) and
the study visits at Off-shore and on-shore wind farms in Europe and India.
